"Dust" is an installation that attempts to visualise, on an enlarged scale, the invisible prints of materiality and its interaction with the National Gallery of Art. The dust collected from the palace building is like a valuable collection of countless invisible fragments, microscopic waste of significant artefacts. Shot under a microscope follows a photographic analysis of the photos and a generated 3D object so that the seed cultures belonging to the same sample of dust can form their own colonies bearing the memory of the transposition into and out of space.
