The Continuous War Train is a never-ending freight train, pulling Hummers, tanks, drones, rockets, missiles, robots, and future space weapons. This mechanistic parade of conventional and future space weapons is a reflection of our ongoing obsession with military violence. Contemporary cinema constructs the illusion of the “hero” and the victor, selling children and adults on seductive violence and war as a best solution. The international infatuation with militaristic toys, movie superhero’s, violent CGI and actual weapons sales with nationalist motives, is fueling unchecked militarization of our planet and streets. As peaceful and creative humans we unite to stop this train.
